Priority 1: Attendance

• To raise the profile of attendance across school with families and children
• Rigorous monitoring of all children to ensure attendance is at least in line with national attendance
• Our support offer to children and families
• To improve punctuality

Priority 2: Curriculum offer

• Our teaching across all subjects enables more children to get reach the expected standard across reading, writing and maths
• Leaders champion their subject offer
• Quality first teaching

Priority 3: Writing

• More children to reach the expected standard in writing
• Improve the Teaching and Learning of writing supported by the new DfE writing framework and any other research-based evidence
• To use oracy to support the teaching of writing
