No Pens Day!

Children in all Year Groups participated in ‘No Pens Day’. This is a national day to promote communication and interaction. Within our school we have noticed an increasing number of children with communication difficulties therefore making the activities experienced on this day particularly pertinent to developing the children’s use of language. The children, from Reception to Year 6, enjoyed a range of different and practical tasks as well as it encouraging the teachers to think more creatively when planning future lessons!
